Video Review: The Perfect Winged Eyeliner – Benefit They’re Real Push-Up Liner

Hello my loves!

A couple of weeks ago I went to Benefit’s launch for their new (completely amazing and totally worth this gushing post) They’re Real Push-Up Liner!

The event was held at The Justice & Police Museum in Sydney. I met the lovely and hilarious makeup artist Kelly Marie Waters (pictured below) and we had a blasty! It was a pretty clever location for the event, we were all being arrested for being “criminally sexy” after all. Hey! Their words, not mine!

On the night we were all given a ‘beauty loot’ that contained the famous Benefit They’re Real Mascara, the Benefit They’re Real Push-Up Liner ($35) and the They’re Real Remover ($25) to help take off both – and believe me, you need it. This mascara and liner have serious staying power, they won’t budge without it.

I decided to post a video on how to use each of these products so that you can see just how easy they are to use. Winged eyeliner is my everyday go-to, and before I was given this revolutionary gel push-up liner I was finding myself each morning carefully flicking out a long-wear black crayon and fixing it in place with a black eyeshadow – yeh the technique was there, but really, who wants to go to so much effort in the wee hours of the morning? Especially now that I know there are new products like this on beauty counters!

The They’re Real Push Up Liner features Benefit’s patented AccuFlex angled tip so that you can easily draw on a precise line. The eyeliner pen features a waterproof gel that won’t smudge or dry out, and it’s super creamy at first so it’s easy to manipulate into either a thin or thick line.

Without blabbing too much more (I tend to do that) here’s my how-to video featuring both the mascara and liner! Yay!

Let me know what you guys think below! The They’re Real Push Up Liner will be ready to buy from Benefit counters from the 27th of June and it will cost you only $35. Can I hear a Yee-harr?
