How Did Louise Roe Get Her Ridiculously Toned Tummy And Chiselled Obliques? Here’s The Answer.
Earlier this week English TV presenter Louise Roe arrived at the Revolve Fashion Show benefiting Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) wearing a completely chic two-piece that showed off her mid-section.
But to be honest, it wasn’t her outfit that wowed me, it was her chiselled abs! Seriously, where did those obliques come from all of a sudden? Okay – so she’s been looking amazing for a while now, but her toned tum has never been put on such amazing display.
After some researching online I’ve discovered the exact workouts that Louise has been doing to achieve her enviable obliques.
In fact, I’ve even sourced a video with Louise featured in it where she demonstrates some of her favourite Reformer Pilates moves. This is great, because you will know what positions to really work the hardest at when you next go in for your next class.
Louise has also said on her fab website ‘I go to Soul Cycle and Barry’s Bootcamp early in the week, and then calm things down with a few reformer Pilates sessions, which help me relax and stretch out.’
I’m dying for a Soul Cycle to open in Sydney because I love cycling and also the aid of someone screaming positive things at me from the front of a class – I guess that’s why I love Body Pump.
Without further ado, here’s Louise’s Reformer Pilates routine in conjunction with Fitness RX For Women.
Watch it here.
